Current Resident

Current Resident

by Benjamin Scuglia

Current Resident was a winner of the Pride Play Reading Festival sponsored by the City of West Hollywood and the Alliance of Los Angeles Playwrights. The short comedic play offers a window into how gay men have always looked out for each other, particularly during the AIDS crisis and into the present day. The play was first developed and workshopped in 2017, but the larger, underlying issues of how to care for each other during a pandemic remain unexpectedly relevant.

Performance Date: October 23rd
